This email was directed to former clients of Dave Ellis Real Estate in order to solicit testimonial reviews for his updated website

This email was a post-service follow up email. The challenge for this project was to catch Dave’s former clients’ attention quickly and convince them to leave a review for his work, even if it’s been a while since they’ve worked with him. As well, we wanted to inspire his clients to write thoughtful reviews to give readers an accurate sense of how Dave works.

With Dave’s go-ahead, we offered an incentive (Starbucks gift card contest) to those who took the time to submit a Google review. We put that incentive in the subject line, headline, and then reminded them of it in the PS.
To ensure he received thoughtful results, we gave some prompts to get them thinking about what they could write in their review.
