Working with us
Here's the scoop on our process:
Step 1: Discovery Call
This is a free, 20 minute consultation phone or video call to see if we can help with your business communications. We will discuss your past marketing strategies, your business goals, and how the writing services we offer can help you.
Step 2: The Proposal and Contract
After we chat, we'll send you a proposal of the services we discussed. Once you decide how you'd like to move forward, we will make the official adjustments to the contract. Prices and deadlines are determined by project.
Step 3: The Kick-Off Call
We'll schedule a longer phone or video call to go over all the details of the project. We'll talk brand voice, target audience, content, deadlines, and more!
Step 4: The Work
We'll get to work! At the agreed upon time, you will receive the first draft which we will discuss. This is when we make sure we're on the same page. We will hop on phone/video calls as needed and make the agreed upon number of revisions.
Step 5: The Delivery
After the agreed upon number of revisions have been made, we will send you the final copy and invoice.
